How can I return/exchange my items?
We accept returns and exchanges for products in resellable condition and provide a label for returns for your item if there is any kind of defect or manufacturing issue. We don't provide free returns if it was an issue with measuring or fitment. We want to make sure you're getting the correct item that fits for you!
How can I modify or cancel my order?
Please e-mail or call us as soon as you need to cancel or change your order! We ship quickly, so the sooner the better. Mistake purchased do not qualify for free returns, so we urge customers to please carefully place orders and make sure the item they are looking at is the correct one.
How long does shipping take?
We typically ship the same day if placed before 2 PM PST or the next day after cut off. We do not operate weekends, so any orders placed past 2 PM Friday or Sat/Sun will then ship out the following Monday! We are on major holidays. If you have any questions regarding our hours of operations, don't hesitate to reach out and our team can clarify for you!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
