Returns & Exchanges

At Covered Living, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@coveredliving.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a Covered Living error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at hello@coveredliving.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
  • Sale items or items marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable or hazardous materials
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to swap an item, we recommend:
  1. Initiating a return for the original product
  2. Placing a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at refunds@coveredliving.com.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a gift certificate via mail or email.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The cost will be deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is provided
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for items valued over $75. Covered Living is not responsible for lost return shipments.
